Tomato cream soup with potatoes
Tomatoes - 630 gr
Potatoes - 200 gr
Tomato paste - 70 gr
Cream (10-15%) - 40 gr
Onions - 80 gr
Garlic - 1 clove
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper - on the tip of a knife
Parsley - 5 gr
Water - 600 ml
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, put them in a saucepan, cover them with cold water and put them on the fire. Boil potatoes until ready. Separately process the tomatoes - remove the skin from them, and cut the vegetable itself arbitrarily. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat oil, put chopped garlic and onion there, fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes to vegetables, stew for 5-7 minutes, then pour hot water or potato broth and add tomato paste. Salt, pepper, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. At the end, add potatoes and cream, beat them in the soup with a blender. Serve the soup with parsley and a drop of cream.
