Chicken cream soup, recipe
Chicken fillet - 140-150 g
Zucchini - 1 pc.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Fresh cream 20% - 200 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Flour - 1 tsp. with a hill
Vegetable oil or butter - for frying
Salt - to taste
Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into pieces, put it in a saucepan, pour water and boil the broth. Cut the onion, carrot and zucchini into small cubes. Fry the onion in a pan until golden. Put the carrots and onions in the pot with the chicken, when the vegetables are almost ready, add the zucchini and cook until done. Then pour 2 ladles of broth from the soup into a separate container.
Pour heavy cream into a plate, add flour, mix. Pour the broth there and add the eggs, beat the mass with a fork or whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, grind the chicken, zucchini, carrots and onions in the soup with a blender, then pour in the cream-egg mass and mix thoroughly.
