Stew with porridge
Boneless pork - 1.5 kg.
Cereal to taste - 600 g.
Sunflower oil - 100 g.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Salt - 2 tsp.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Vinegar 9% - 2 tsp.
Ground pepper to taste.
Cut the pork into medium cubes. Wash the groats several times under running water. Peel and grate the carrot, and cut the onion into cubes. Heat some sunflower oil in a pan and fry the onion for 3-4 minutes. Then add the carrots to the onions and fry for another 3 minutes. Leave the vegetables to cool.
Mix the chopped pork with the cereal. Pour salt and pepper, cooled vegetable roast, pour vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.
Sterilize jars and lids. Put the stew with cereals and vegetables in jars so that there is 2 cm of free space from the neck. Pour the mixture in jars with water at room temperature. Close the jars with lids.
After that, take a large pan and put a towel on the bottom. Put the cans of stew in a saucepan and pour water so that it covers the cans by 2/3. Turn on a small fire and leave the jars in the pan for 5 hours. Periodically check that the water has not boiled.
Then take out the cans of stew and cover them with a thick blanket until they cool completely. After that, the stew can be put in a cool place for storage. It is stored for 3 months.
