Cream soup - a recipe without cream with mushrooms

 


Mushrooms - 250 gr

Hot water - 480 ml

Chicken bouillon cubes - 3 pcs

Onions - 1 pc

Butter - 3 tbsp. l

Flour - 4 tbsp. l

Milk - 700 ml

Salt, pepper - to taste

A few sprigs of parsley

Thinly slice the mushrooms, put them in a saucepan, pour water, add bouillon cubes and chopped onions. Put the saucepan on the fire and bring the contents to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.


In a separate container, melt the butter over medium heat, add the flour and mix. Pour milk in a thin stream and, stirring constantly, thicken the sauce. Put the sauce on the mushrooms, mix, salt and pepper. Purée the soup with a blender and serve garnished with parsley.
