Cheese cream soup - recipe
Processed cheese - 90 gr
Potatoes - 220 gr
Onions - 70 gr
Carrot - 50 gr
Cream - 120 ml
Butter - 30 gr
Vegetable oil - 30-40 gr
Water - 200 ml
Salt - to taste
Dill greens - to taste
Hard cheese (Dutch) - to taste
Cut the onion into cubes, and the carrot into rings, put the vegetables in a saucepan. Add vegetable oil there and fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes. Cut the potatoes into slices, add them to the onions and carrots, cover with water and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
Pour the cream, put the butter, boil the soup for another 10 minutes. Cut the processed cheese into cubes and also put it in the soup. Beat the dish with a blender and serve.
