Cauliflower soup without meat with shrimp, recipe

 


cauliflower - 0.5 head;

onion - 1 pc.;

olive oil - 4 tbsp. l;

water - 1 l;

salt, pepper - to taste;

cayenne pepper - on the tip of a knife;

cream - 250 ml;

butter - 4 tbsp. l;

garlic - 3 cloves;

parsley - several sprigs.

Cut the cabbage and potatoes into cubes, chop the onion. Heat 100 ml of olive oil in a saucepan, add the onion and fry for 1 minute. Add potatoes and cabbage, cook until the onion becomes transparent. Pour warm water, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.


Pour in the cream, cook the soup under the lid for 15 minutes until the potatoes are soft. In a separate pan, heat the butter and olive oil, lay out the shrimp, add salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and parsley. Fry for 3-4 minutes. When the soup is cooked, grind it with a blender, and then lay out the shrimp.
