Cauliflower soup with chicken and peas, recipe

 



chicken fillet - 300 g;

water - 1 l;

onion - 1 pc.;

carrot - 1 pc.;

vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l;

cauliflower - 1/3 head;

canned green peas - 250 g;

seasoning (to taste) - 1-2 tsp;

salt, pepper - to taste;

processed cheese - 100 g;

parsley - several sprigs.

Coarsely chop the chicken, put it in a saucepan, cover it with cold water and cook it for 30 minutes on medium heat. Finely chop the spring onion, grate the carrot. Fry in a pan until golden. Divide the cabbage into florets and put in the boiling broth. After the liquid boils, cook for 5 minutes, then add the peas along with the liquid and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put the roast, salt and pepper in the soup, mix. Cook for 3-5 minutes, remove from heat. Dissolve the grated processed cheese in the soup, mix the dish thoroughly. Add chopped parsley before serving.
