Cauliflower soup with beef, recipe

 


beef - 500 g;

water - 2.5 l;

rice - 0.25 cups;

cauliflower - 300 g;

potatoes - 3 pcs.;

carrot - 1 pc.;

lk - 1 pc.;

butter - 20 g;

salt - to taste;

pepper - to taste.

Wash the beef, cut into portioned pieces, put in cold water and cook for about 1 hour under the lid on low heat. Wash the rice, peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes. Add rice and potatoes to the soup, cook for 20 minutes.

Separate the cauliflower into florets, wash, peel the onion and carrot, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion and carrot until ready. Put the roast in a saucepan, add the cabbage there, bring to a boil, cook under the lid for 10 minutes. At the end, salt and pepper the dish.
