Zucchini puree soup, recipe

 


If you don't want to turn on the oven, you can prepare a simple and dietary soup. With cream, it turns out very tender.


Ingredients:


zucchini - 2 pcs.;

cream - 200 ml;

salt - 1 teaspoon;

dill - 1 bunch;

rye crackers (optional).

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater.


Tip: it is better to take young vegetables without seeds.


Put in a pan, pour water - it should cover the pulp. Cook over medium heat until it becomes a porridge. Add salt, beat with a blender. Add chopped dill and slightly warm cream, mix. You can serve with crackers.
