To prepare an extremely tasty vegetable stew with meat, you should use vegetables that contain a lot of fiber, for example, carrots, cabbage and green beans. Some consider zucchini to be literally an irreplaceable ingredient of this dish. Yes, zucchini is necessary because they contain a number of vitamins (PP, E, A, B9, B2, B1) and trace elements (potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium).
The most important thing is to be patient first - it will take a lot of time to prepare the ingredients.
What you will need to prepare a healthy dish:

Such a stew recipe is very easy to implement. Fry the rabbit cut into small pieces just a little. Cut the peeled onion into half rings, and the carrot into circles. Transfer onions, carrots and asparagus to the meat and fry everything a little together.
Cut the zucchini into cubes, and the cabbage into not very small strips. Then transfer these ingredients to those that you have already fried. Fill everything with hot water so that it covers the ingredients, pour in the spices you like and bring everything to readiness.
If you want the volume of the stew to be larger, you can make it with cabbage and potatoes. In this case, put potatoes together with onions and carrots.
