Soup with processed cheese and chicken - recipe

 



Ingredients:


half a kilo of chicken fillet;

two processed cottage cheeses;

half a glass of vermicelli;

four potatoes;

one onion;

one carrot;

salt pepper;

two tablespoons of butter;

green.

Wash the chicken fillet, cut it into pieces, put it in a saucepan, cover it with water and put it on the fire. Peel the carrots and onions, grate on a coarse grater and saute in butter until ready. Remove the skin from the potatoes, cut them into cubes, add them to the meat (then add the frying).


After 10 minutes, pour the vermicelli and cook the soup for another 5 minutes. At the end, add grated processed cheese and chopped herbs, mix, season with spices, bring to a boil, cook for another 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.
