Soup with mushrooms - a recipe from champignons

 



For 4 servings you will need the following ingredients:


Mushrooms - 600 g.

Onions - 400 g.

Milk cream 20% - 50 ml.

Milk - 800 ml.

Butter - 50 g.

Salt - to taste.

Cut the onion into half rings 0.5 cm thick. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, cut into quarters and mix with the onion. Grease a deep frying pan with oil and heat it. Place mushrooms and onions in a pan and fry for 15-20 minutes on medium heat, until about 2/3 of the moisture has gone from the products.


Add butter and stir until completely dissolved. After that, pour the mushrooms and onions into the pan, pour in the cream and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce it and cook the soup over low heat for another 15 minutes, adding a little salt in the process.


Remove the soup from the heat and beat with a blender until smooth. In the process of whipping, try it, at this moment the soup acquires the integrity of the taste, and perhaps you would like to add salt to it. Served hot. Cream soup with mushrooms can be decorated with basil leaves. It tastes great with croutons, gorgonzola cheese.
