Pork (noodles with meat) lagman with vegetables
If you like pork more, then you will like this variant of lagman. You can experiment and take frozen vegetables, although fresh, of course, is tastier.
Pork - 500 g
Noodles - 200 g
Carrot - 2 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Tomato - 2 pcs.
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Water - 3 glasses
Oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste
Parsley, dill, green onion - a few sprigs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Cut the meat into cubes, put in heated oil and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Add onion cut into half rings, carrot cubes and pepper, mix. Blanch the tomatoes and remove the skin from them, cut into cubes and add to the vegetables and meat. Add boiling water and simmer for 40 minutes. When the meat and vegetables are ready, put the potato cubes. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, add salt. Boil noodles, spread them on plates, add meat and vegetables, sprinkle with chopped greens and garlic.
