Pickled zucchini, recipe

 



For this snack, it is enough to marinate the zucchini - they will acquire a spicy-sweet taste and are excellent in combination with fish or meat.


Ingredients:


zucchini - 2 pcs.;

salt - 1 teaspoon;

garlic - 2 cloves;

ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon;

red pepper (flakes) - 1/2 teaspoon;

dill - 1 bunch;

vinegar - 2 tbsp. L.;

oil - 6 tbsp. L.;

honey - 2 tbsp. l.

Cut the zucchini with a vegetable peeler into thin long slices, salt and leave for 30 minutes.


For the marinade, mix chopped dill, crushed garlic, black and red pepper, butter and honey. Drain the juice from the zucchini, put them in the marinade for 2-8 hours.
