Pickle with fresh, dried and pickled mushrooms, recipe
A delicious, rich and aromatic soup is made from various mushrooms.
Fresh mushrooms - 300 g
Dried mushrooms (any) - 50 g
Pickled mushrooms - 300 g
Onion - 2 pcs.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
Water - 2 l
Oil - 4-6 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce (optional) - 1 tbsp. l.
Olives - 50 g
Salt - to taste
Lemon (for serving)
Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water to soften them a little, then drain the water. Cut all the mushrooms into large pieces. Fry the mushrooms in oil until golden. Put mushrooms in a pan, add water and salt. Cut the onion into rings and fry, add tomato paste, mix and stew for a few minutes. Add to the mushrooms, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste, add olives. Serve with a slice of lemon.
