Meat cutlets with pumpkin, recipe
Pumpkin - 300 g.
Minced meat - 700 g.
Garlic - 1 large clove or 2 small ones.
Eggs - 1 pc.
Breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste.
Grate the pumpkin and garlic on a fine grater. If you want to get a more pronounced taste of pumpkin, take 500 g of pulp. Mix the minced meat with pumpkin, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic. Knead the minced meat, salt and pepper, form patties.
Meatballs with minced meat and pumpkin can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan. If you bake cutlets, then put them on a baking sheet with parchment and put them in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees. Before frying in a pan, roll the cutlets in flour and fry for 7-10 minutes on each side.
