Lagman (noodles with meat) with beef is a classic recipe

 



Classic lagman is prepared with lamb or beef.


Beef - 700 g

Noodles - 400 g

Onion - 2 pcs.

Carrot - 3 pcs.

Tomato - 3 pcs.

Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.

Potatoes - 5 pcs.

Oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Water - 2 glasses

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

Dill, parsley, cilantro - a few sprigs


Cut the onion, carrot and pepper into strips. Fry the onion in oil until golden, add carrots and pepper, cook until soft. Cut the meat into cubes 2 cm thick, add to the vegetables, fry until crispy. Add tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and cook for 20 minutes with the lid on. Add potatoes cut into small cubes. When it is ready, put the bay leaf and greens. Boil the noodles, spread them on plates. Add meat and vegetables, the amount of broth - as desired.
