Frittata with zucchini - recipe
A frittata is an Italian omelet with toppings. Vegetables, greens, meat, cheese are put in it. Zucchini is also possible.
zucchini - 1 pc. (average);
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
onion - 1 pc.;
eggs - 4 pcs.;
milk - 1/2 cup;
greens - a bunch;
oil - 2 tbsp. L.;
salt - to taste;
ground black pepper - to taste.
Peel the zucchini from the skin and seeds and cut into thin strips. Cut pepper into strips, onion into small cubes. Chop the greens.
Fry the onion until soft, add zucchini, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes. Beat eggs with milk, add greens, sweet pepper, mix. Pour the zucchini and onion mixture. Cook over low heat in a pan or put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
